TIAMA is a global leader in providing inspection and quality control solutions for the glass packaging industry. Its clients include manufacturers of bottles, jars, and vials. TIAMA boasts an impressive international presence with 91% of its sales being exports, 61% of its sales outside Europe, and a customer base spanning 79 countries across five continents. The company operates subsidiaries in China, Russia, and the USA, supported by local technical engineering teams and warehouses.

TIAMA required a cost-effective solution to support its customers in Türkiye with a local technical team. The HR umbrella services solution aligned perfectly with its objective of establishing a robust local presence.

TIAMA has successfully established Türkiye as a regional hub for its aftersales activities. The local team, now composed of five engineers, not only serves the Turkish market but also travels internationally to meet global demand.
