The company specializes in designing and manufacturing connectors for harsh environments across various applications and markets, including defense (land, naval, aeronautics), security, civil aeronautics, and industrial applications. It derives 70% of its revenue from exports and provides technical and commercial support in over 45 countries.

Active in Türkiye since 2002, the company observed a decline in orders and a growing preference for local suppliers. To better understand the market dynamics and refine its strategy, the company engaged ADVANTIS to conduct a comprehensive strategic analysis through direct interactions with market players.

CONTENT OF SUPPORT

ADVANTIS delivered a customized strategic market analysis for connectors designed for severe environments, encompassing the following aspects :


  • Competitive analysis: evaluation of both local and international competitors to understand market positioning and strengths.


  • Supply chain analysis: detailed examination of the procurement processes of potential buyers to identify key decision-makers and procurement criteria.


  • Market positioning analysis: investigation of ecosystem players to validate the feasibility of localizing the end of the production chain in Türkiye.   • Procurement and re-invoicing: managing the purchase of operational needs and re-invoicing expenses to ensure smooth operations.
