As the operational consultant for the France-based Laboratoires SVR, a leading dermocosmetics company, we are seeking a Sales Admin & CRM Executive to join our Istanbul Bakırköy office. The selected candidate will report directly to the General Manager and CFO and will play a key role in optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) and enhancing sales processes.




Job description


The Sales Manager & CRM Specialist will be responsible for optimizing CRM processes, improving sales efficiency, and leveraging data analytics to support strategic decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team to ensure the effective use of CRM systems while developing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. The main responsibilities include:


CRM System Management & Optimization


  • Oversee the management, updating, and integration of CRM systems into business processes.
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams for the effective use of CRM.
  • Conduct regular data integrity checks and propose improvements.


Customer Relations & Sales Coordination


  • Work closely with the sales team to track customer interactions and enhance customer retention.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to develop solution-oriented strategies.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and targeting to implement personalized sales strategies.


Data Analysis & Reporting


  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales performance reports to management.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to provide strategic recommendations to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Regularly update and analyze customer data.
  • Identify sales opportunities using CRM data and guide the sales team accordingly.


Process Improvement & Strategy Development


  • Identify inefficiencies in sales and customer management processes and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Evaluate new technologies and CRM modules to enhance customer experience.




Required qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM systems and sales management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is preferred (integration process involved).
  • Experience in the dermocosmetics or retail sector is an advantage.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented work discipline.
  • Strong expertise in CRM software (data analysis, reporting, automation).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • For male candidates: Military service must be completed.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to the European side of Istanbul.
  • Professional proficiency in English or French is preferred.
