Advantis Conseils is looking for an ERP/CRM Deployment Project Manager to support the digital transformation project of the new Turkish subsidiary of a leading French Dermocosmetic company. The position requires perfect bilingual level in Turkish and English languages.


 

Job description


The ERP/CRM Deployment Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, from inception to final implementation, ensuring seamless operation and stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with local (Finance, sales, external partners) and international teams (IT, Finance), leveraging expertise in ERP/CRM systems to deliver optimal solutions tailored to the Turkish context.


The candidate will be legally employed by Advantis but he/she will be operationally attached to the French company and report directly to IT Division Manager for Subsidiaries based in France.




Key missions


Project Management


  • Lead and manage the ERP/CRM deployment project from start to finish with rigorous organization.
  • Clearly document and formalize project requirements and maintain meticulous follow-up.
  • Analyze business needs and ensure alignment with Turkish market requirements.



Coordination


  • Maintain effective communication with project managers based in France to ensure coherence and synchronization.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and provide functional expertise.



System implementation


  • Apply proven expertise in ERP and CRM deployment, tailoring the solutions to meet specific operational needs.
  • Organize and oversee user acceptance tests and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.



Functional expertise


  • Provide functional and localized expertise to optimize the system’s configuration for the Turkish market.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with accounting and financial processes to support system integration, preferably with hands-on experience.



Documentation and Reporting


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting tools.



Required skills and expertise


  • Proven similar experience (ideally minimum 5 years) in IT project management and system implementation (ERP/CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM tools and their functionalities. Ideally ERP Microsoft D365 knowledge
  • Experience in managing reporting tools and coordinating cross-functional initiatives in multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with accounting and finance processes; expertise in local tax and financial regulations is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and lead interactions with end users and local management representatives.
  • Leadership, communication and coordination skills
  • High sense of responsibility, organized, careful and result-oriented in business follow-up
  • Excellent command of both Turkish and English languages at professional level
  • Experience in an international organization would be a plus
  • French language would be a plus
