Job description
The Digital Marketing Senior Executive/ Manager will join the newly established Türkiye subsidiary (a team of 30 people) and report directly to the local Marketing Director.
Digital Strategy & Brand Awareness:
- Develop and execute a 360° digital marketing strategy across multiple channels (social media, SEO/SEM, e-commerce, email marketing, paid media, influencer partnerships).
- Define and implement digital campaigns that align with the brand’s global marketing strategy and local business objectives.
- Lead content strategy, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling across all digital platforms.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through innovative digital initiatives, including KOL/influencer marketing and community management.
E-Commerce & Performance Marketing:
- Optimize D2C (direct-to-consumer) platforms and e-retail partnerships to maximize online sales.
- Develop growth strategies for key e-commerce channels (brand website, marketplaces) in collaboration with the sales team.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies, PPC advertising, and retargeting campaigns to increase visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize digital marketing activities.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Oversee organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring engagement and brand storytelling.
- Manage digital content production (videos, blog articles, tutorials, influencer collaborations) in line with the brand’s DNA with product manager.
- Analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt the digital content strategy.
CRM & Consumer Engagement:
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Implement email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and personalized content strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to create targeted campaigns that enhance consumer experiences and brand loyalty.
Data & Analytics:
- Track and analyze digital marketing KPIs, ensuring continuous optimization of campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Agency & Budget Management:
- Manage relationships with media and influencer agencies, ensuring the successful execution of integrated media plans, influencer campaigns, and brand activations that drive engagement and support overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with external media partners to optimize advertising spend, ensuring targeted and efficient media buys across platforms
- Identify and onboard new agencies to elevate the brand’s reach and reputation, working closely with them to develop authentic, high-impact campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets with external agencies, ensuring that deliverables meet performance expectations and stay within allocated resources.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated across various initiatives to maximize ROI and impact on business outcomes.
- Prioritize and optimize spend across paid media, influencer collaborations, content production, and platform investments, ensuring budget efficiency while meeting brand objectives.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal, cross-functional and regional teams
- Coordinate with external agencies for the development of creative content and media campaigns.
Required qualifications
- 4 years’ university degree
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, experience in the dermo-cosmetic, cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Able to use MS Office applications and digital tools at a good level
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Perfect fluency in Turkish and English languages, French would be a plus
